Candidates wishing to repeat GCSE examinations can carry forward their moderated coursework marks. The credit may be used once only and within a twelve month period following the initial issue of results.

The awarding bodies offer some English, mathematics and science syllabuses for examination in November: further details can be obtained from the awarding bodies.

On Wednesday 8th December 2 students from Ashlawn School competed against other local secondary schools to qualify for the Regional Final of ‘Young Chef of the Year'.
