Ashlawn student amongst the best in the country!

We have received the excellent news from the exam board Edexcel that one of our students performed at the highest level in the recent GCSE exams.

This is their press release:
OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE IN GCSE Chinese (writing, listening, reading)

On behalf of the Chief Examiner, I am very pleased to inform you that Xue Ying Zheng was amongst the highest scoring candidates in this summer's examinations.

Out of 2250 entries, Xue Ying Zheng was amongst the top ten who achieved the highest overall marks in GCSE Chinese and we would like to offer our congratulations on this excellent performance.

Our trip to Land Rover, Gaydon was an amazing experience. We went to Landover on the 7/7/09 at 9:00 about 17 of us went with Mrs Taylor and Mr Cunningham, we went in a mini bus and when we got there a person that worked there told us what we would be doing throughout the day.
