We will be holding one of our annual Prospective Parents’ Evenings on Thursday 24th September. In order to enable staff to finalise their preparations and to allow student helpers and volunteers some rest time, the school will close at lunchtime. Periods 1 to 4 will take place as normal but will be slightly shortened.

The timetable will be as follows:

8:50am Registration
9:00-9:45am Period 1
9:50-10:35am Period 2
10:35-10:55am Break
10:55-11:40am Period 3
11:40-12:30pm Lunch/Assemblies
12:30-1:15pm Period 4 & Close

Teachers will spend the afternoon preparing for the evening. Students may go home. Any child who is unable to get home safely and without inconvenience to their parents will be allowed to remain in school.

If you would like your daughter or son to remain in school under supervision until 3:30pm please let us know by completing the form here
