A Welcome From the Head of Lower School

A Welcome From the Head of Lower School

Welcome to Ashlawn Year 6!

My name is Mrs Pountney, I am the Head of Lower School at Ashlawn School. Over the course of the summer term I, along with your Heads of Year Mr Ellis will be visiting as many of you as we can at your primary schools, where you will also have the chance to ask questions face to face. This visit along with your own visit on Induction Day will enable you to find out more about the school and hopefully, clear any concerns you have before joining us in September.

Alternatively, you can e-mail lowerschoolenquiries@ashlawn.org.uk and we will aim to answer any questions as soon as possible.

For Induction Day on Thursday 27th June, you will need to bring.

- Trainers

– A pen and pencil

– A bottle of water

– A snack for break time

– A packed lunch or money to buy a lunch in the canteen

In the meantime, we hope you all enjoy the remainder of your time at primary school and look forward to meeting you on 27th June at Induction Day. Remember to come to the East Hall for 9.15. the day will finish at 3.15pm.
